Great Recipe!! I love the fennel and red pepper diced tomatoes! My additions to the dish were as follows: I sauteed half a chopped red pepper plus some minced garlic and basil and about 1/2 t. fennel seed with the beef and onion. I also used the whole 6 oz. can of tomato paste, and I used canned, sliced mushrooms instead of fresh. It turned out really good. HOWEVER...the fennel & red pepper diced tomatoes were on CLEARANCE at my local Jewel food store...I hope this flavor is not being discontinued?????!!!!!!
