1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 can (12 oz each) Libby’s® Corned Beef with Hot Chili Seasoning
1 can (15 oz each) Rosarita® Premium Whole Black Beans, drained, rinsed
1-1/2 cups Hunt's® Tomato Sauce
1/3 cup sour cream
Hot cooked yellow rice, optional

Spray large skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Add onion and bell pepper; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until tender. Add corned beef; cook 3 to 5 minutes more or until crumbled and browned lightly, stirring occasionally.
Add beans and tomato sauce; simmer 2 to 3 minutes or until hot. Top each serving with about 1 tablespoon sour cream. Serve with yellow rice, if desired.
