This is a traditional meatloaf recipe - nothing earth shattering about it.

Aluminun foil and tomato sauce equals a great recipe for Alzheimers.

Can you buy can tomatoes with onion? I never saw them in grocery stores. They sound great.I would use it in a lot of things.

Good meatloaf! Sugar added to taste but not necessary if diabetic. A little mustard in sauce is tasty. I don't use eggs in mix. I simply pour a little tomato sauce in mix to hold it together. Been doing this over 50 years.

This was really tasty and you can change it up so easy. The only change I made was ditching the bread crumbs and using seasoned croutons, crushed them in a blender and added them instead. It was fantastic. I will make this again and when in the mood for a brown gravy type of meatloaf I'll just omit the tomato sauce and sugar.
