I was struggling with a cold today and was hungry for something light. I made this with some substitutions of foods I had on hand. I used leftover tuna instead of turkey, shredded mozzarella instead of parmesan, and goat milk instead of cream. No peas on hand, so it was just tuna, Egg Beaters, cheese and pasta. Very quick and easy to make and delicious. I will make this again!!
