After reading the reviews about how bland it is I decided to tweak it so I sautéed diced onion and1/4 cup pancetta. It does raise the fat and calories but made all the difference. I also added 1tbsp Neufchâtel cream cheese to make it creamier with just a bit of tang. My husband loved. I will make it again but cut out the pancetta and use Canadian bacon diced to lower the fat. Its a winner!

It was ok. Kids were a little suspect, but worked out all right. My sauce didn't look like the picture. Was kind of lumpy.

This was a fast and simple recipe to make. It was delicious, and even my 4 and 9-year old daughters loved it. My wife and I found it a little bland, but the taste was great! Very creamy! I think it could use 1/2 to 1 tsp of salt, and maybe more pepper.
