20 large (21/30 count) shrimp, peeled and deveined (20 = about 1 lb)
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup chilled cocktail sauce

Spray grate of outdoor grill, utensils and 2 large metal skewers with PAM for Grilling Spray. Preheat grill to medium heat.
Thread about 10 shrimp onto each prepared skewer. Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper. Grill shrimp about 4 minutes on each side, or until shrimp just turns pink.
Pour 1/4 cup cocktail sauce into each of 4 individual serving glasses. Hang 5 shrimp around edge of each glass to serve.
Make your own cocktail sauce with ketchup and horseradish to taste.
