This recipe was great. My husband especially loved it. I used 3 medium sweet potatoes, which filled an 11x8 pyrex dish. So i doubled the butter, brown sugar and cinnamon mix. Which was the perfect amount. I also cooked the potatoes an additional 3 minutes. Everyone just loved the dish though and i loved how effortlessly it came together. I will definitely be making this again. Plus it went great with the shredded pork and mushroom recipe that I also got from this site.
