Franks with a relish made with sauerkraut, onion, pepper, brown sugar, vinegar and celery seed

  • PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups drained sauerkraut
  • 2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 pkg (16 oz each) Hebrew National® Quarter Pound Beef Franks, heated
  1. Spray medium skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium heat.
  2. Add pepper and onion; cook and stir 2 minutes. Stir in sauerkraut, brown sugar, vinegar and celery seed. Heat through.
  3. Serve franks with the sauerkraut relish.

Sourkraut is good on anything. Thanks for this recipe. Did your nutrition facts include the bun? If not can you provide it along with the facts you already have? Thank you so much. A diabetic that's hungry, KB
