2 tablespoons Fleischmann's® Original-stick
1 medium onion, chopped (1 med = about 1/2 cup)
1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup golden raisins
1 can (14.5 oz each) Hunt's® Petite Diced Tomatoes, undrained
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar

Melt Fleischmann's in medium saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, apricots, cranberries and raisins; cook and stir 5 minutes or until onion is tender. Stir in undrained tomatoes, water, sugar and salt.
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low; cook and stir 10 minutes. Remove from heat; place in bowl. Add cilantro and vinegar; mix until blended. Cool slightly. Cover; refrigerate at least 30 minutes prior to serving to allow flavors to blend.
