Just got done making this salad. I threw it out. It was tasteless and a watery mess. I followed the directions to the "T" and it ended up being a bowl of what tasted like just cucumbers with nothing on them. I think the yogurt broke down, from the water in the cucumbers, and became really thin. Then add the Italian dressing, which is thin, and you end up with a watery dressing that doesn't taste like anything and doesn't coat the cucumber. It sounded like a terrific recipe, however didn't turn out that way. Maybe if you substitute sour cream or mayo for the yogurt ( I know, low fat and all) it might be better. Add some reduced fat grated parmesan cheese?
