Fresh vegetables and chopped pears tossed in an orange ginger sauce for a quick no-cook salad or side dish

  • 3/4 cup La Choy® Orange Ginger Stir Fry Sauce-Marinade
  • 1/4 cup Pure Wesson® Canola Oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon La Choy® Soy Sauce
  • 6 cups finely shredded napa cabbage
  • 2 cups shredded carrots
  • 1 medium Bosc pear, chopped
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 1 cup La Choy® Chow Mein Noodles

  1. Combine stir fry sauce, oil, lime juice and soy sauce in large bowl. Add cabbage, carrots, pear and green onions; toss to coat.
  2. Let stand 20 minutes. Stir again; sprinkle with chow mein noodles just before serving.
