A quick and easy gluten free salad recipe with chickpeas, tomatoes, onion and fresh basil tossed in a zesty Italian dressing

Ingredients
  • 1 can (15 oz each) garbanzo beans (chickpeas), drained, rinsed
  • 1 can (14.5 oz each) Hunt's® Diced Tomatoes, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped sweet onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 3 tablespoons zesty Italian dressing
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
 
Directions
  1. Stir together all ingredients in medium bowl. Chill before serving, if desired.

this is also very good with the addition of English cucumber and feta cheese. perfect for a summer night rolled up in acrisp leaf of lettuce.
