This recipe as everyone has already stated is very simple. My family loves onions, so I added half of a sliced onion with 3 cloves of garlic to the mushrooms and let them sauté. I also added the tomato paste to the veggies and "brown" for about 3 min to intensify the flavor of the paste constantly stirring so it doesn't burn. I then deglaze with either chicken broth or white wine before adding the tomato sauce and rotel.
