This made for a really simple weeknight dinner. I love meatloaf and have several different recipes. This one falls under one of my favorites. I didn't make the mini meatloaves, but instead just made one big meatloaf. Obviously that has to cook longer. I baked it for 50 minutes and then topped it with the sauce, baked another 10 minutes and it was done. Served it with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli.
