This is absolutely delicious, my family loved this, so much so that i just had to make it again the next day. It will now become tradition at all future family functions.

The aplle parfait was absolutely delcious. I used organic fuji apples. I prefer buying organic apples instead of regular apples in order to reduce the amount of pesticides I use. I prefer fuji apples because of their sweetness and wonderful taste. I made my own pudding, instead of using the Snak Pak variety. I used soy milk instead of regular milk. The healthier the better! I also used reduced fat whipped topping-the fewer calories the better! I did not buy the caramel corn variety, but a local brand that does not include peanuts. We have several food allergies in my house and I wanted my whole family to be able to enjoy this tasty treat. With my few tweaks, it was a healthy enjoyable snack that the whole family could enjoy. Make it my way and you won't be sorry!

I tried this and it was very tasty. Gave it to the kids and they really enjoyed it. I would make it again because the kids enjoyed it. I want to thank you for the wonderful recipe.
