1 jar (14.75 oz each) La Choy® Orange Ginger Stir Fry Sauce-Marinade
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch cubes
PAM® Grilling Spray
3 small red bell peppers, each cut into 12 pieces
2 medium zucchini, each cut into six 1-inch pieces
24 medium fresh button mushrooms
12 long metal or bamboo skewers
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Place sauce and chicken in large reclosable food storage bag. Close bag and marinate 1 hour in refrigerator.
Spray grate of cold grill and utensils with grilling spray. Preheat outdoor grill on medium heat 20 minutes. To make each kabob, place 1 piece each of red pepper, chicken, zucchini and mushroom on each skewer. Repeat ingredients again and end with red pepper. Discard bag with remaining marinade.
Brush kabobs with oil. Place on grill and cook 6 to 8 minutes, turning 1 or 2 times.
