I just tested this receipe on my neighbors so I could see how it would be for our once a month Sunday Church brunch. I made it the night before,popped it in the oven while I did my morning walk. It was a great success. I will change one thing in the future - put cut bread in the 13X9 pan and pour mixture over bread. When you add bread to the mixture some of it falls apart. I am very visual about my food and this made a nice presentaion on the plate with fresh sliced garden tomatoes.
