Italian Broccoli

Broccoli and tomato recipe combining frozen broccoli with Italian flavored tomatoes and finished with Italian blend cheese

Hands On: 10 | Total: 15 | Makes: 6 servings (about 1/2 cup each)

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg (12 oz each) frozen broccoli cuts
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 can (14.5 oz each) Hunt'sŪ Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic and Oregano, drained
  • 1/2 cup finely shredded Italian blend cheese

Directions

  1. Place broccoli and water in medium skillet; cover. Cook over high heat 5 minutes or until broccoli is tender and water is almost evaporated.
  2. Add drained tomatoes; cook 2 to 3 minutes more or until hot. Sprinkle with cheese.
